Terms of Service

Prices and quotes

Prices on the site include tax, installation and balancing. They follow our suppliers' prices and are updated daily, so they can change; the price confirmed at the shop is final. There are no hidden fees.

Bookings and deposits

Tire and package bookings take a $100 deposit to reserve the parts and the time slot; the balance is paid at pickup. The deposit is non-refundable; rescheduling needs at least 24 hours' notice and our confirmation. Swap-only and storage-only services take no deposit.

Fitment and safety

Wheel and tire sizes are recommended from supplier fitment data and checked before installation. If something does not fit on the car (a brake caliper, for example), we offer an alternative or refund the deposit in full.

Warranty

Wheels carry a lifetime structural warranty under normal use; tires follow the manufacturer's warranty. Please report any installation issue within 7 days.

Manufacturer rebates

Mail-in rebates are offered and paid by the tire manufacturer under its own terms, amounts and deadlines. We provide claim instructions but are not responsible for the manufacturer's decision.

Website and internal tools

The admin area of the site (including the QuickBooks connection and assistant management) is for TireGPT staff only and is not offered to third parties. Using the site means you accept these terms and our privacy policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada.
